Brazilian piano prodigy Eliane Elias has shined in a myriad of fertile musical formats since bursting onto the jazz scene with the fusion supergroup Steps Ahead back in 1983. On Light My Fire, Elias excels as both prodding pianist and heartfelt vocalist, on a varied set that celebrates her affinity for pop, jazz, and Brazilian song.
