Vienna, July 29, 2013
– Just a few days after
Avid has released Pro Tools 11, all of Vienna Symphonic Library’s
products fully support Avid’s new plug-in format AAX Native 64. Users of
Vienna Instruments Collections
Instruments, Vienna Imperial, Vienna Instruments PRO, Vienna Ensemble,
Vienna Ensemble PRO 5, Vienna MIR PRO, Vienna MIR PRO 24, and
Vienna Suite may easily migrate their RTAS based projects to Pro Tools 11’s AAX Native 64 format.
Vienna Ensemble PRO 5
enables any user to include AU/VSTi plug-ins with Pro Tools 11,
especially virtual instruments and effects that only support RTAS/AU/VST
and that are (not yet) available
as AAX Native 64 versions. Existing
Vienna Ensemble PRO users can simply go ahead and open their Pro Tools 10/RTAS projects in Pro Tools 11 without any updating problems.
The updated software installers are available in Vienna’s
User Area for all registered users, free of charge.
