MXL® Microphone, the professional division of Marshall Electronics, has introduced the V67N small diaphragm instrument microphone. Although affordably priced, the new model includes higher-end technologies such as a FET preamp and transformer-coupled output, features the company says give the V67N an edge for providing a solid bottom end, exposed top, and just the right amount of presence.
“This is a very well-built condenser microphone that comes through whether you’re on stage or in the studio,” notes Jim Mona, MXL’s National Sales Manager. “It’s perfect for drums, piano, guitar, choirs, and can be coupled for stereo micing.”
The V67N has a high SPL level for capturing loud sound sources and includes changeable capsules for both cardioid and omnidirectional polar patterns. The
V67N is also internally wired with world-class Mogami® cable for sonic integrity in every session.
MXL’s new V67N includes changeable capsules, wood box, user manual, application guide, and has a street price of only $119.95.
