iPad Apps from Jordan Rudess

On the eve of Roland's Keyz 'n Beats summit, Jordan Rudess showed me four apps he's involved with developing, for Apple's iPad. Now, I have to say I was skeptical of the iPad when it first came out, but the fast processor and large screen (relative to an iPhone) make it a truly compelling platform for music apps, as you'll see in these videos.

Do you require expansion card slots INSIDE your studio computer?
 No, because I use a laptop or "mini" machine and rely on USB and/or FireWire
 No, because I use Thunderbolt peripherals
 I'd prefer expansion slots, but can live with workarounds like a PCI expansion chassis
 Yes, I absolutely require that my main music machine have expansion slots
