The soundtrack to David Lynch's groundbreaking TV drama Twin Peaks is one of the most influential and interesting pieces of music-for-picture in modern broadcasting. Themes for more recent mystery series such as AMC's The Killing and outstanding French import The Returned are just a couple of its more obvious thematic descendants.
