What’s better than synths, outer space, robots, and the ’80s? Nothing, according to Galactic Melt. I have to agree. Com Truise (a.k.a. Seth Haley) artfully crafts each track into a mix of retro and future-forward aural pleasure. While the tracks have an ’80s feel due to the synth sounds, Com’s song composition and production is smart and current. Songs like “VHS Sex” and “Futureworld” really show off Com’s bang-up skills on the keys. Highly addictive—and, like, radical, dude. (Ghostly | comtruise.com)
