WHO: Faisal continues to prove himself again and again with DJ sets and mix tapes, a residency on Belgium's foremost national radio station Studio Brussel, a “Breakthrough Artist” nomination at the Red Bull Elektropedia Awards as well as gigs in the best clubs and biggest festivals around. At twenty-two, Faisal's name is spreading fast as one of Belgium's biggest up-and-coming talents. Frontliner is well known for his versatile approach to the “hardstyle” genre. And while he normally makes his appearance high above the crowd, on just about every known main stage, he is very much “one of the guys,” with anthems like “Symbols” or “Weekend Warriors.” De Sluwe Vos (roughly translated “The Sly Fox”) got attention from DJ Sneak, Jordan Peak and Shlomi Aber in 2012. High energy and quick mixes are De Sluwe Vos' trademark when behind the decks. With a residency at Amsterdam's renowned Melkweg venue as a home base and a monthly appearance in the UK, his strong hooks and fat drums are spreading.
